1) TAKE CLOSEUPS of the worst damage and at least one overall photo of the whole/each piece needing repair.  

2) FILL OUT QUOTE REQUEST FORM making sure to add any details that may not be visual in photos.

3) ATTACH PHOTOS

4) SUBMIT REQUEST
